For this, the option "-Lf" controls the delay for Logging to File. The default is "-Lf600" to log progress every 600 seconds.

There is another option "-Ld" to specify that the program should stop after a given number of seconds. So to run for 10 seconds, then log progress and stop, you can specify "-Lf10 -Ld10". Similarly, "-Ls" controls logging to the screen; the default is "-Ls1", you can disable the on-screen progress entirely with "-Ls0".
