со школы помню опыт в котором останавливали катушку с током, еще где была статья как расчитывать проводник с "внешней " добавкой к потенциальной энергии электронов.
я невижу нового здесь, может быть эти эффекты давно используются в датчиках ускорения, я не знаю.
я бы посоветывал поискать про этот эффект а потом если не надоест сделать нормальный эксперимент и точно сказать чего да сколько, тогда будет мовно ли это применить и главно лучше ваш дтчик будет или хуже китайского за 1$

In this paper, the characteristics of the acceleration sensor utilizing the resonance frequency change in the flexural vibrator are examined experimentally. The sensor sample was produced using stainless steel. It was confirmed that the relationship between the applied acceleration and the resonance frequency change becomes linear and almost coincides with the theoretical value by the finite element analysis. The sensor sensitivities of approximately 2800 ppm/G and 2150 ppm/G are measured in the cases of using the 1st and 2nd modes, respectively. It was clarified experimentally that the spurious vibrations do not appear in the vicinity of the resonance frequency f0. Moreover, it is shown that this sensor can also be used as an inclination angle sensor.

We show a wafer-level encapsulation technique for microelectromechanical system (MEMS). The process flow for fabrication and encapsulation of a MEMS accelerometer is presented. The main features of the approach are the use of a second sacrificial layer on top of the device made from silicon, a thick cap layer also made from silicon and the use of gaseous ClF3 for the etching of the sacrificial silicon layer. The protection of the cap and functional layer of the device during sacrificial etching was achieved by thin oxide layers confining the sacrificial etching to a predefined volume.
