Так при чем тут "священная" обязанность?
"Священная" обязанность в данном случае это тоже была гипербола.
В конституции 1977 года такого слова нет.

Slavery is any system in which principles of property law are applied to people, allowing individuals to own, buy and sell other individuals, as a de jure form of property.[1] A slave is unable to withdraw unilaterally from such an arrangement and works without remuneration. Many scholars now use the term chattel slavery to refer to this specific sense of legalised, de jure slavery. In a broader sense, however, the word slavery may also refer to any situation in which an individual is de facto forced to work against their own will. Scholars also use the more generic terms such as unfree labour or forced labour to refer to such situations.[2] However, and especially under slavery in broader senses of the word, slaves may have some rights and protections according to laws or customs.
Хорошо, посмотрим, что говорят "more generic terms".

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unfree_labourЦитата:
Unfree labour is a generic or collective term for those work relations, especially in modern or early modern history, in which people are employed against their will with the threat of destitution, detention, violence (including death), compulsion,[1] or other forms of extreme hardship to themselves or members of their families.
Unfree labour includes all forms of slavery, and related institutions (e.g. debt slavery, serfdom, corvée and labour camps). Many of these forms of work may be covered by the term forced labour, which is defined by the International Labour Organization (ILO) as all involuntary work or service exacted under the menace of a penalty.[2]
However, under the ILO Forced Labour Convention of 1930, the term forced or compulsory labour shall not include:[3]
any work or service exacted in virtue of compulsory military service laws for work of a purely military character;
any work or service which forms part of the normal civic obligations of the citizens of a fully self-governing country;
any work or service exacted from any person as a consequence of a conviction in a court of law, provided that the said work or service is carried out under the supervision and control of a public authority and that the said person is not hired to or placed at the disposal of private individuals, companies or associations (requiring that prison farms no longer do convict leasing);
any work or service exacted in cases of emergency, that is to say, in the event of war, of a calamity or threatened calamity, such as fire, flood, famine, earthquake, violent epidemic or epizootic diseases, invasion by: animal, insect or vegetable pests, and in general any circumstance that would endanger the existence or the well-being of the whole or part of the population;
minor communal services of a kind which, being performed by the members of the community in the direct interest of the said community, can therefore be considered as normal civic obligations incumbent upon the members of the community, provided that the members of the community or their direct representatives shall have the right to be consulted in regard to the need for such services.

Other uses of the term
The word slavery is often used as a pejorative to describe any activity in which one is coerced into performing.
Examples
Some argue that military drafts, and other forms of coerced government labour constitute "state-operated slavery."[357][358] Some libertarians and anarcho-capitalists view government taxation as a form of slavery.[359]
"Slavery" has been used by some anti-psychiatry proponents to define involuntary psychiatric patients due to there are no unbiased physical tests for mental illness, yet the psychiatric patient must follow the orders of his/her psychiatrist. Instead of chains to control the slave, the psychiatrist uses drugs to control the slaves mind.[360] Drapetomania was a psychiatric diagnosis for a slave who did not want to be a slave. Thomas Szasz wrote a book titled "Psychiatric Slavery",[361] published in 1998 and a book titled "Liberation by Oppression: A Comparative Study of Slavery and Psychiatry",[362] published in 2003.
Proponents of animal rights apply the term slavery to the condition of some or all human-owned animals, arguing that their status is comparable to that of human slaves.[363]
Wage slavery
Main articles: Labour economics § Wage slavery, and Wage labour
The labor market, as institutionalized under today's market economic systems, has been criticized by mainstream socialists and by anarcho-syndicalists, who utilise the term wage slavery as a pejorative or dysphemism for wage labour.[364][365][366][367][368][369] Socialists draw parallels between the trade of labour as a commodity and slavery. Cicero is also known to have suggested such parallels.[370]
