I would rather say «floor function» or wouldn't say at all. Because of notation $\lfloor x \rfloor$ isn't, as I know, used to stand for any other things.

Вообще, какая-то слабая для олимпиады задача (просто "сложная", да еще и числа гадкие)... (хотя не мне судить, ибо олимпиад почти никогда не решал)
